TEXAS EGGS 
6 hard cooked eggs
4 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese spread (Cracker Barrel)
3 tbsp. ketchup

Peel and halve hard cooked eggs. Remove cooked yolks and mash finely with a fork. Add extra sharp Cheddar cheese; mix well. Add ketchup and continue to mix until creamy. Fill egg halves with mixture. Garnish with paprika or olive slices. Refrigerate until serving.
