HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground lean ham
1 lb. ground lean pork
1 c. oatmeal
2/3 c. milk
1 can tomato soup
2 eggs

Mix together all ingredients using 1/2 can soup. Form into large loaf pan. Pour remaining 1/2 can soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (not covered).

Optional: While cooking, baste with mixture of: 1 c. water 3/4 c. brown sugar
