CHERRY-CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
2 eggs

Mix above together. Bake at 350 degrees in 13 x 9 inch pan for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk

Bring to boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add 6 ounces chocolate bits; stir until smooth. Pour over cake. Let cool and set. Can be served slightly warm.
