HEAVENLY BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. beautiful baking potatoes, scrubbed & cleaned
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 can baby green peas
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash paprika
4 1/4" slices med. Cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes. Carefully slice top 1/3 off potato and discard. Scoop out most of the inside of the potato and place in a bowl. Add butter to taste, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cream together until smooth. Spoon mixture back into potato skins until half full and firmly packed. Spoon in 2-3 teaspoons peas and 2 teaspoons onions then pack more potato mixture on top until top is rounded. Place cheese on top.
