DILLY DIP 
1 tbsp. freeze dried chives
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. paprika
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (sour cream may be substituted for use with chips)

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with Ritz crackers or celery stalks.
