FRENCH ONION SOUP 
6 cans Campbell's beef bouillon soup
3 lbs. thinly sliced yellow onions
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. white wine
Grated Mozzarella cheese
French bread slices

Pour bouillon soup in crock pot; cover and set on high. Cook onions slowly in large skillet in butter; cover and let cook for about 15 minutes. Uncover and add sugar and flour. Stir well. Add to bouillon in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high for 3 hours).

Serving: Place slice of French bread in soup crock and add soup. Top with Mozzarella cheese and place under broiler until melted.
