WALNUT CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. water
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
12 oz. chocolate bits
2 eggs, beaten thick
3/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fine chopped nuts

Beat egg yolk and butter. Beat in 2 tablespoons water. Add flour, sugar and baking powder. Press on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle on chocolate bits, return to oven 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread chocolate over crust.

Beat 2 eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and add 2 cups nuts. Spread over top. Bake 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut in squares. Serve with whipped cream.
