Meat tenderizer
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. tomato-based French dressing
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle meat with tenderizer as directed. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat in shallow dish. Marinate at least 3 hours, turning meat once during marinating time.

Grill roast over medium coals about 45-60 minutes. Turn and brush with marinade every 10 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
