CHOCOLATE ECLAIR | |
1 box graham crackers 1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 3 c. milk 1 can ready to spread fudge frosting Place 1 layer graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 3 cups milk and instant pudding until smooth. Blend in Cool Whip. After well blended, pour 1/2 of mixture over graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers. Top with remaining pudding. Add final layer of graham crackers. Soften frosting and pour over top to seal. Chill 2 hours and serve. |
