STRAWBERRY DEVONSHIRE CREAM 
Serve on hot waffles, pancakes, crepes, angel food cake, scones, etc.

1/2 c. whipping cream, chilled
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. dairy sour cream, room temperature
1 c. diced fresh strawberries

In small bowl of electric mixer, combine whipping cream and brown sugar; let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Whip cream mixture until firm peaks form. Gently fold in sour cream and strawberries. Spoon into a medium serving dish. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
