CHICKEN AND RICE 
Approximately 6 pieces chicken
1 1/2 c. rice
3 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 stick butter
1 pkg. saltines

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking dish with foil (for easy cleaning). Put rice and water in bottom of dish. In medium bowl, crush saltines and mix with onion soup mix. Melt butter in separate bowl. Dip chicken in butter and then in saltine mix. Place in dish. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake approximately 1 hour.
