BAR-B-CUE 
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 chopped onion
3 to 4 lb. pork roast

Mix everything but onion. Sprinkle onion on top. Cook 3 hours at 325 degrees, covered. Pull off the bones. Continue cooking until tender and liquid is consumed.
