SUNSHINE SHRIMP SALAD 
4 oz. shrimp
1 orange, peeled & diced
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Chill shrimp. Combine shrimp, orange, celery and onion. Add mayonnaise. Serve on bed of crisp lettuce. Serves 1. This is an old Weight Watchers recipe.
