POTATO PUFF CASSEROLE 
4 c. Potato Puffs
1 lb. hamburg
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Potato Puffs on bottom and up sides of 9 x 12 pan. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Brown hamburg and place on top of potatoes. Add 1/2 of French fried onions and all of broccoli. Combine soup, milk and 1/2 of cheese. Pour over ingredients in pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Just pop in oven long enough to melt.
