TWO-TONE COLE SLAW 
2 c. green cabbage, shredded
1 can red kidney beans
2 c. red cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. diced cucumbers
Mayonnaise thinned down with 1 tbsp. oil
Honey and vinegar

Herbed vinegar and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar adds to the flavor greatly. Mix the first 2 ingredients with some dressing and put in the bottom of a glass bowl. For the top layer, mix the next 2 ingredients with some dressings and have that for your top portion. This salad is pretty and very colorful.
