COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry or apple pie filling

Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs individually, and add, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients, except filling, and mix. Drop 2/3 of coffee cake dough in pan. Spread pie filling over dough. Spread the rest of dough over filling. (May not cover all areas.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes in 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle powdered sugar frosting over coffee cake. Best the next day.
