MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 peppers, chopped
3 to 4 carrots, shredded or grated
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. colored curly macaroni

Cook macaroni and drain. Then add the onion, carrots, peppers and set aside. Mix the first 4 ingredients and pour over the macaroni and mix well. Then refrigerate. Best when it stands overnight and will serve 20 people.
