SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 to 8 med. potatoes
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk

Peel potatoes and wash. Slice potatoes thin; measure approximately 6 cups. Place half potatoes in greased 2 quart casserole. Add half the onions. Sift half the flour over potatoes and onions. Sprinkle half salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Pour milk all over. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Uncover and continue baking 15 to 30 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
