PUMPKIN SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter

Mix until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

2 c. pumpkin
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix together and pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Mix together well and sprinkle over filling. Bake 15-20 minutes longer until filling sets. Cool and cut into squares.
