KRAUT SALAD 
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apple
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. liquid onion juice or 2 tbsp. fine chopped onion
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar

Put all of the ingredients together and let them marinate for 2 hours.
