SAUER KRAUT RELISH 
2 (1 lb.) cans sauer kraut (chopped and drained)
1 c. celery, diced fine
1 c. green pepper, diced fine
1 c. grated carrots, diced fine
1/2 c. chopped pimientos
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Combine kraut, celery, pepper, carrots, pimientos and onions. Then mix sugar, oil and vinegar and pour over the kraut mixture and marinade. Put in large jar and keep in refrigerator indefinitely. Good with all kinds of meat.
