QUICK COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Combine ingredients and drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet and press down with back of spoon.

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheet at once. Cool on waxed paper.

Makes about 1 1/2 doz. cookies.
