SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. fresh apples, cut up

Mix together cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and then add apples. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees or in 2 pie shells for 25 minutes.

Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and 1/4 cup butter; sprinkle on top of pies and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
