CHEEZY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. broccoli, cut in pieces
2 c. cauliflower, cut in pieces
2 c. carrots, sliced thin
2 c. cooked medium shell macaroni
2 c. cut up chunk ham
Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli, cauliflower and carrots until tender. Cook macaroni and drain well. Mix all together with ham in a casserole dish. Add salt and pepper if desired. Cover with slices of Velveeta cheese.

Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted good, about 50 minutes.
