FROZEN STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
2 1/2 c. strawberries, mashed and pureed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped or 2 c. Cool Whip

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add Eagle Brand milk and blend well. Add strawberries and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour (optional). Pour mixture into already prepared 9-inch pie shell (pastry or graham cracker). Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. You may garnish with fresh strawberries.
