3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Grease and flour 2 9-inch round pans. In a large bowl mix the first 10 ingredients on low with a mixer for two minutes. Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Pour into pans.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Frost with 2 c. whipped cream.
