FILLING FOR TEKERCS 
1 lb. dry cheese
2 eggs, beaten well
4 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped dill
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all the ingredients together and spread over the Tekercs and roll up.

POPPY SEED FILLING:

1 lb. ground poppy seed
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and stir until milk is absorbed and sugar dissolved. Spread on Tekercs and roll up.

NUT FILLING:

1 lb. ground nuts
3/4 c. warm milk
Lemon rind to taste
1/2 c. sugar

Mix until all ingredients are blended, then spread on Tekercs and roll up.
