PORK CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked lean pork, cubed
1 c. seasoned bread stuffing cubes
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. warm water
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. almonds, chopped

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine all ingredients except almonds and topping. Spread in ungreased 12 x 8 or 2 quart baking dish. Crumble topping over meat. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 325 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Place under broiler until brown, 5 minutes.
