SAUDI ARABIA RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. white raisins
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cook rice in salted water. Saute the onions and almonds in the butter until lightly browned. Add the raisins and cook until they are puffed. Add the cinnamon to the fluffy rice. Combine all in covered casserole and bake in 350 degree oven about 1/2 hour.
