SWISS CHOCOLATE SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1 1/2 oz. square unsweetened chocolate
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream

Melt first 3 ingredients and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Mix all dry ingredients together. Pour in chocolate, add sour cream and eggs. Beat and pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 squares chocolate

Boil these 3 ingredients then add 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well. Spread on cake while warm. Garnish with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Invite me over.
