CHEDDAR GARLIC BISCUITS 
2 c. Biscuit mix
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Combine together Biscuit mix, cheese and onion. Stir in milk until a soft dough forms. Stir 30 seconds longer. Drop by a tablespoon, 2-inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until brown.

Combine butter and garlic. Brush over hot biscuits. Serve warm.
