VEGETABLE ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. asparagus
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
Grated cheese (your choice)
1 c. med. white sauce
2 c. bread or cracker crumbs

Arrange in layers using 1/2 crumbs on bottom. Cover with asparagus, egg, 1/2 white sauce. Repeat. Put buttered bread crumbs on top and cover with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
