SWEET POTATOES 
6 med. sweet potatoes (red garnet yams)
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coffee cream (half & half)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
10 lg. marshmallows (cut up and beaten into hot potatoes)

Boil and drain peeled potatoes or cook in microwave. Mash with other ingredients. Place in casserole and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Decorate top with a few more marshmallows and bake 5 minutes more until marshmallows are browned.

This is my great-grandmother's recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
