CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slices water chestnuts
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. halved seedless grapes

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. curry powder
4 tbsp. chutney

Garnish with lightly toasted slivered almonds.
