SPINACH FRITTATA 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. onion flakes
Dash of fine herbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Cook spinach according to directions on package. Beat eggs and add them and remaining ingredients to spinach. Pour into greased 9" baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
