STRAW-NANA REFRESHER 
1 1/2 c. low or nonfat yogurt
3/4 c. frozen, unsweetened strawberries
2 sm. bananas

Let the frozen strawberries thaw for 5 to 10 minutes. Place all the ingredients in a blender and run on medium speed until everything is smooth and well blended. Serve immediately, or spoon into dishes and refrigerate until serving.

4 servings - 89 calories - 1 gram fat each (fat will be 0 with nonfat yogurt).
