BEEF PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. minute rice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, diced
1 lg. can condensed tomato soup

Combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and place in baking dish. Add tomato soup and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Serves 6.
