PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin

Mix all dry ingredients. Add other ingredients and mix until smooth. Grease and flour three bread pans. Divide batter into 3 pans.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
