PUMPKIN BREAD WITH CARAMEL GLAZE 
3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each cinnamon and nutmeg
1 small can pumpkin
1 c. oil
5 eggs
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine the ingredients; mix well.

Bake in greased loaf pans at 350°F for 1 hour or until done.

Glaze:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. whipping cream or half and half
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook first 4 ingredients until the sugars dissolve. Then stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Let cool. Pour over the bread.
