POTLUCK CHINESE RICE 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 can water
1 can mushrooms
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef chuck
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown beef in skillet. Remove meat and drain off fat leaving scant amount to slightly brown the celery and onions. Add to meat and mix in remaining ingredients. Place in baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Makes a popular potluck dish.
