VANILLA ICE CREAM (NO COOKING) 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 cans condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1/2 gallon milk (2% is fine)

Combine eggs, sugar, whipping cream, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour into ice cream freezer can. Add condensed milk and stir well. Add milk (2%) to fill line in ice cream freezer can and stir. Freeze as directed in ice cream freezer. Makes 4 quarts.
