20 lbs. hamburger
1 bag frozen diced onion, thawed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bag frozen diced bell pepper, thawed
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in a very large pot and cook until meat loses pink color. Cool and pack in plastic sandwich bags, (one bag hold approximately 1 pound of meat). Store the bags INSIDE a heavy plastic freezer bag. Can be thawed in a short time, then add other ingredients to complete recipe.

Some uses are: Spaghetti sauce, tacos, burritos, sloppy Joes, stroganoff, chili or beef and macaroni casserole.
