FUDGE CAKE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 c. flour, sifted
3 sq. bitter chocolate
1 box light brown sugar (1 lb.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. broken pecans

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler (or in microwave). When melted, add to beaten eggs, beating constantly. Continue beating wile adding sugar, flour and salt. Stir in nuts. One teaspoon of vanilla may be added.

Bake in 2 greased 8-inch pans at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Should appear a little moist in center so they will be chewy. Cool - cut in squares. Dust with powdered sugar.
