TACO PIE 
1 tube refrigerator biscuits (8-10)
1 lb. ground beef
Onion and green peppers, chopped
6 oz. tomato paste
6 oz. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. shredded mozzarella or Monterey cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place biscuits in a 10-inch pie pan. Pressing together to form a pie crust. In a large skillet, saute beef, onion and green pepper for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and water and sprinkle uncovered for 3 minutes. Layer half the meat mixture on top of the crust and half the cheese. Top with remaining meat mixture and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
