TERIYAKI SAUCE 
1/2 c. Saki or white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. hot catsup
4 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. horseradish
2 garlic buds
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix together. Marinate meat at least 2 hours. Use to baste while cooking.
