TACO TWIST 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 c. Rigoletti (8 oz. pkg.) corkscrew style noodles, cook and drain
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Brown ground meat, drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream. Place in bottom of 8 inch or 9 inch baking dish. Top with meat mix and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
