SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. cream (or sour cream) 1/4 c. milk 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground veal 1/2 lb. ground pork 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. minced onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. ground allspice One stalk of celery, cut up with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Let celery simmer in soup while you make meatballs. Brown meatballs and put into 2 quart baking dish and pour soup and celery over them and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
