1 lg. box chocolate cook-n-serve (not instant) pudding
4 c. milk
1 chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Prepare pudding with milk as directed on box. Stir dry cake mix into cooked pudding. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
