QUICK LASAGNA 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. yellow onion, chopped
1 med. can mushrooms
1 lg. jar Ragu, or any tomato sauce
1 bag wide short cut lasagna noodles
8-12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Sour cream; optional
Spices, as you like
Garlic
Oregano
Italian seasoning

Brown ground beef in a square skillet; add chopped onions and mushrooms. Drain grease. Then add Ragu sauce and your spices. Let simmer, while you cook noodles (according to directions on package). When noodles are done, drain water, and add to meat mixture in skillet. Then add sour cream (optional). Grate Mozzarella cheese over the top and serve with French bread. Very quick and easy. Good for the working mom.
