BLEU CHEESE DRESSING 
1 lb. imported bleu cheese, crumbled
3/4 c. Hellmanns mayonnaise
3/4 to 1 c. half and half

Combine mayonnaise and bleu cheese and mix well. Add half and half a little at a time, until mixture is smooth and creamy, but not too thin. Refrigerate until ready to use.
